    Love this super simple recipe! The ingredients lend a rich and hearty taste and topping with avocado adds a perfectly light and buttery flavor profile. And you cannot beat the prep time. I usually keep these ingredients on hand for when I know I'll need something quick and easy and I tend to make a double batch so I have leftovers for the next day. Very happy to have found this recipe!!

    It tasted a little bit raw I don't think the cooking time was enough for all the ingredients to blend fully
