  • 1 camembert cheese (wheel)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • bread crumbs
  • vegetable oil (for frying)

    Directions

    1. Saute the julienned onion.
    2. Once softened, add the sugar and slowly simmer 15 minutes.
    3. Separately, coat the cheese rind in beaten egg and then bread crumbs. Fry in plenty of hot oil.
    4. Top the whole cheese wheel with the hot caramelized onions.
