  • 1 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 quart whole milk
  • 16 ounces shredded American cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounces elbow pasta (cooked and kept warm)

    Turned out great. Upped the spices, decreased the sauce, topped with panko, and stuck it all in the oven at 400 for 25 min. Next time I will add tomatoes. Served with broccoli, corn bread, and green salad.

    Overall very good the consistency was great but lacked a good Cajun flavor. Next time I make it I’ll add some fresh jalepenos along with the bell pepper. I added Tabasco to my plate and it helped.

    very good flavor, only thing i added was black ground pepper, and used 1 Tblsp Cajun seasoning

    Pretty good. Could be a little spicier! Will definitely make again. Maybe use some cayenne pepper.
