    Very tasty and a great way to use a cut of meat not suitable for grilling. As the author mentioned, be sure to make your own seasoning or use a low-sodium one for sure. I used what I had on hand and it was tres salty. But still good! Will definitely make this one again.

    easy & delicious. the whole fam loved it. served it with a side of lime caulirice & asparagus.
