  • 4 chinese cabbage (leafs of)
  • 4 tablespoons ground peanuts
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 2 strips curry (pickled, gerkins, cut into 8)
  • 4 stalks spring onion (4 ins, white part only)
  • 4 slices carrot
  • 1 teaspoon sauce (Thai chilly)
  • 8 red capsicum (thinly sliced)
  • 4 strips japanese cucumber (thin of)

    Directions

    1. Blanch cabbage leaves then plunge into cold water to stop the cooking process.
    2. Drain well.
    3. Lay cabbage leaves flat and spread mayonnaise and ground peanuts.
