    The potatoes tasted amazing! We will make this recipe again. We added bacon and cheddar cheese to them and instead of tossing the roasted garlic we crushed it over the potatoes but overall it’s an easy recipe

    Excellent!!! So easy to make. I fried them in a cast iron skillet then popped in the oven for 30 minutes.

    excellent. 30 minutes in the oven was spot on. would turn or stir them one time while roasting to even out exterior crunch a bit more.
