  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (seasoned, recipe follows)
  • 8 cups peanut oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (my preference is White Lily)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. ground sage
  • 3 tsp. ground oregano
  • 3 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard
