    Perfect! I used a 2.5 quart square corning wear dish and topped mine w course grained himalayan salt I did sift my dry ingredients and added lemon juice to 1% milk instead of buttermilk. Served w vegetarian gravy I made using Morningstar Farms veggie sausage patties that I chopped up. My son didn’t seem to notice the difference. Win for Mom! These will be my go to recipe from now until ever
