    Amazing recipe, I didn’t include the cocoa but increased the dark chocolate slightly, was amazing, I also added 150g of pecans

    First time in making brownies, I must admit I did halve the recipe to make a smaller batch (incase I messed up) however they turned out lovely 👍🏼 light, spongey and very moreish. Not at all heavy. I added a dusting of icing sugar to finish off. Great recipe!

    did these with my 7 year old today. Very easy to make. i did double the chocolate and put them in as chunks rather than melting them. Best brownies we have ever made!
