    Very good. I removed the skin prior to seasoning. Broiled as suggested. It didn’t caramelize as I was expecting. May have had the broiler temp too low. This very easy to prepare and the flavor is great as well as being a healthy meal. My bride (of 53 years yesterday) says “add this recipe to the make again list”. Grandpa Bob

    This was so delicious!! My 4 year old even liked it. I swapped the lime for lemon and it was so good. Thank you for sharing. Definitely making this again.

    Really good with just the right amount of heat. Didn’t have scallions so I substituted fresh garlic and it was good.

    This was amazing. My parents bought a 3lb filet from the fish market and I cooked it using this recipe. It turned out very good. The only thing that would make me give it a four rather than five was the sweetness of the honey overpowering the spices. Other than that, it was great.

    This was quick and easy as well as tasty. I paired with a salad of chopped ginger, tomatoes, onions, Jamaican pepper, salt, pepper and drizzle of honey. Used Seeds of Change brown basmati rice as a side, cooks in microwave for 1 minute.
