    Awesome meal! Added some spicy paprika, onions and spinach to make it a little more interesting. Really fast and easy to make!

    I changed a few of the ingredients. Started with ginger and garlic and once all the veg was cooked I added brown sugar for a sweat stir fry. (You can use honey if you prefer) Very good. 👍🏾
