    They were okay. Everything was cooked correctly, but truthfully it just didn’t taste that great. I really like the concept, just don’t think it comes together as well as initially thought.

    Very good! I used a lot of the suggestions listed.. I used 1/2 cheddar and 1/2 Parmesan.. wonderful idea. I also used Panko breadcrumbs and they did add some crispness.. also, anything to save time, I didn't steam the broccoli.. it all turned out fine. Will make again!

    it gets 2 stars for the fact it was so simple but as for taste..nah.. I’ll find something else to do with broccoli I didn’t use onions and I used cheddar cheese.

    just made them this evening. they came out great! I wanted to use up my broccoli so it wouldn't go to waste. I had Italian bread crumbs and Monterey Jack cheese and some parmesan that I used because thats what I had on hand. I would definitely make this again!

    Absolutely loved it! I put 6 eggs because it was way to dry and hard to work with with only two eggs.. it’s super delicious, next time I’ll probably put some feta cheese in it as well!

    I had to make it in a brownie pan so I called them broccoli brownies but delicious, am going to make them again with a mini muffin pan we got just for them
    Quick and easy, a nice lunch when you are on a hike. I made it in a casserole,because i had no muffin tin, worked out too... Enjoyed it with Salsa.

    Great recipe! I wait until theres about 3 minutes left in the oven and add extra cheese on top. Yes, i agree they need more flavor but the recipe overall is great! Nothing a little salt and garlic powder cant fix :)

    I thought I would try these because of all the good reviews, it had very little flavor and breadcrumbs did not taste good in them. I followed the recipe exactly and no one in my family liked them. Will not be making again

    I used Italian seasoned breadcrumbs as opposed to plain and I found that added enough flavor to them for those complaining it was bland. I also used full sized muffin tins and just did enough to cover the bottom and was able to make 12. Served with a side of ranch and it was delicious!
