  • extra-virgin olive oil (a light drizzle of)
  • sesame seeds
  • garlic powder
  • pepper
  • salt
  • cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon tahini (whisked together with 1 tablespoon of water)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 red onion (a small, minced, about 1/3 cup)
  • 1 handful cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 jalapeño (small, seeded and minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
