  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons Ilha cheese (or similar, grated)
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

    Directions

    1. Boil the broccoli in salted water, drain, and grind with the hand blender.
    2. Put the puree in a saucepan on low heat, mix in the butter and the cheese.
    3. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
    4. Serve as a side dish.
