    The scones were soft and crunchy on the outside. I added raisins to make them sweeter because I don't have jam or cream.

    I made these with glacé cherries the first time and they were lovely. This time I added 100g dried cranberries instead, also very good. Good rise each time, nice and moist, and not too sweet. Very quick and easy recipe.
