  • milk (a bit of)
  • 1 broccoli floret (chopped into small chunks eg third to quarter florets. No one likes too much stem)
  • 2 spring onions (sliced thinly)
  • 1 wedge low-fat feta (or some Persian feta, chopped or crumbled into little portions)
  • 2 cubes frozen spinach (defrosted, about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cherry tomatoes (or a punnet of perino, baby roma, chopped into small bits. I found this to be enough but you may wish to add more tomatoes if you want this to be a primary flavour)
  • 4 bacon (x shortcut, diced and pre-cooked.)
