Easy to make and very filling. Mine was the veg version since I ran out of bacon and I mixed it all together then poured it in. Used silicone cupcake holders so it was easier to remove

They came out great! My kids are getting ready for school. It’s an easy grab and go. I made one with meat for my son and vegetarian for my daughter. They are good for a couple of days .

Looked great and tasted yummy but they were quite tricky to get out of muffin cases. Reckon they’d be better if you greased the tin

Turned out perfect. Used both whole eggs and egg whites. Equally tasty!

My family loved it. I used fire roasted tomatoes, onions, celery, mushrooms, Mexican cheese, and sour cream. I would make it again.
