    Looked great and tasted yummy but they were quite tricky to get out of muffin cases. Reckon they’d be better if you greased the tin

    in the oven as we speak... added spinach and a small amount of garlic. Can't believe how low kcal something so yummy (looking 🤣 but im sure theyll taste good too!) is!
