  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 limes
  • 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter (needs to be natural so it swirls well)

    It was very good. I added crushed Graham crackers on top. I would eliminate the nut butter and just add Graham crackers instead.

    Mine turned into a mess. Had to toss it. The blueberry I wasn’t sure cooked right the instructions were not clear. The cream I wasn’t sure if peaks formed. Basically I was lost with the recipe language. Had to look up what some of the instructions meant.

    Super delicious. it turned out very creamy and the blueberries were great. it doesnt exactly taste like churned ice cream, but that isnt a bad thing.
