Blondie-Buffalo Cauliflower
GILLIANANDERSON39261
Description
This is a recipe that I've been meaning to try for a while - and I'm not sure whether it's because my boyfriend Flip doesn't really enjoy cauliflower so it rarely hits our menu, or because now that it's #trending, it was costing a small fortune, but regardless - this recipe took me way too long to try.
So I decided this year, it was going to be part of our first annual Super Bowl party menu,
as a vegetarian option for some of our guests.
Let me tell you - it was a WOW!
It's hot & spicy (but not like burn your mouth off). It's roasty & toasty.
It's colourful & flavourful and it's unbelievably easy to make!
Ready? Let's go Buffalo!
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- 1. Wash, dry and cut up the cauliflower. Put just the tree's of the cauliflower in a large bowl (preferably with a lid - you'll see why in a second!)
- 2. To make the sauce, I used a hand blender, but you can use a food processor, a blender, or just simply a whisk. Mix together the hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Blend for about 10 seconds.
