  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. black peppercorns (crushed)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch (mixed with ½ tablespoon cold water)
  • 400 grams extra firm tofu (drained, pressed and cubed)
