    This is one of my favorite summer salads when you have fresh corn and tomatoes from the Farmer’s Market! So easy to make too! Perfect accompaniment to a Labor Day Cookout.

    It turned great. I always add a little extra to spices in recepies. My taste buds must be going bad. I used it with corn chips aa a dip. very satisfying.

    We really enjoyed this fresh, light salad. I put pinto beans in place of black beans because my family prefers pinto. I think it would have been better with the black beans. Overall, we loved this!!!

    This is really good. The dressing (I added fresh garlic grated on a microplane) is different, in a good way. I said, "Wow." I would have loved crushed coriander seeds in it.
