  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 head romaine lettuce (large, or iceberg lettuce, chopped)
  • 1 large tomato (or 12 grape tomatoes, diced)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (light, I use Trader Joe’s 3 Lite Cheese Blend)
  • 12 dill pickles (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons non-fat Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup (no sugar added)
  • 1/2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon white onion (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

    This is a great go to salad. I always have the ingredients in the house. Love the dressing. Truly a Big Mac without the bun and bad beef.
