this turned out wonderful! fluffy pancakes and really tasty. I added my own homemade sauce/Jam. Decreased the amount of butter and sugar - other than that it was amazing!

Read the recipe on yum though yep got all that then started with method.However it said put in baking soda and baking powder,no baking soda so just carried on .Stuck some chocolate chips in half mixture and blob of Nutella on some followed by another blob of batter .They didn’t look as fluffy but were polished off pretty quick by my teenagers who requested them again.made these for a second time with baking soda this time much more fluffy a good tip keep heat low to moderate and be patient don’t flip to early you get better colour and no mess.

Doubled up on ingredients for 4 people and everyone finished them so I’d say successful ;)
