- 1 cup quinoa (uncooked, you will not need to rinse if using Bob's Red Mill quinoa)

- 15 oz. black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 1/2 cups corn kernels (frozen, canned or roasted)

Good! Make sure you add the toppings at the end. The lime and cilantro were necessary.

i sont think it had enough flavor however was in a hurry and did not put my usual cilantro sour cream onion and cheese topping.

Best chili ever! I loved the use of sweet potatoes, quinoa and cinnamon for a different taste. I toned down the spice for my family. Excellent!

Easy to make, spicy (I like spicy but dialed back chili powder to 2T) and better second day.

So good! I added kale instead of corn. It was hearty, easy to make and had great flavor. The quinoa cooked up nicely. I topped with avocado
