It was amazing, I added,Tyne,Rosemary and a couple of Bay leaf. I served it over mashed potatoes,carrots and Brussels sprouts. 😋

Really good but I don't really see what all the fuss is about. It tasted like expensive pot roast. The flavor was excellent.

it tasted pretty good. the cook time on the app does not match what it says in the recipe. i ended up only cooking in the oven for an hour at 375.

This turned out AMAZING!! I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I heavily salted the short ribs on every side like I learned from a Bon Apetit video, I also added half an onion, some Worcester, and a lot more chopped garlic (about 4 cloves for half the amount of short ribs), but the method prescribed was super easy and worked perfectly! I'm so happy to have found this recipe. Thank you!
