It awesome the only think that I may add is tortilla chips for some crunch but other than that it is amazing. Will make this again.

I improvised a bit on the layering. Instead of stacking the tortillas I layered the mince and cheese on each one and then rolled them up, Then I added a layer of cheese and salsa and then added another layer of rolled tortillas - 6 tortillas in 2 layers. I baked it at 180 deg celsius for 25 mins. Delicious!!

Delicious! Definitely do in the oven though. 350 for fifteen worked for me

We like it. Second time I’ve made it. I doubled it this time. I bake it instead of microwaving. I think it makes it better.

this was surprisingly delicious! I used hard corn tortillas, left out the water and used enchilada sauce. I topped with salsa and Greek yogurt, even my picky boys loved it!

Delicious & easy. i topped it with chopped green onions & cilantro and served with Mexican rice! Will definitely make again
