  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 60 grams lemongrass (minced, frozen is used in this recipe)
  • 25 grams palm sugar
  • 4 grams black peppercorn (freshly grinded)
  • 8 grams coriander seeds (dry roast in a pan and ground)
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 teaspoons salt (or season to suit your taste)
