    Great. I make it every other week. I change the recipe a little by adding onions and sometimes a little jalapeno peppers.

    I made this tonight and it was delicious and easy I didn’t follow the directions exactly but I used all of the veggies just not the seasoning and I doubled it. This will be good for dinner or lunch
