    the recipe was great tasted lovely, could of done with a proper pizza stone rather than a pizza tray, a little bit of the dough in the middle hadn't quite crisped up enough! only issue i had was the quantities, i trebelled the amounts so i could make 3 pizzas but only managed 2 so i will 5 times it next time! but very lite and very tasty!
    Why is your dough, which is delicious, is it so low in calories, and salt? Great but the calories, and salt in others is extremely high. I give you a 9.

    best dough ive done easly does 12inches probably could to 14, nice and crisp
