    Definitely had to adjust the amount of moisture due to a different brand of coconut flour, but a delicious gluten free alternative to oatmeal

    Fantastic! Super quick and easy = my kinda breakfast! As I didn't have any pumpkin pie spice or vanilla extract, I used cinnamon. Tasted just as good!
