Solid recipe, my only issue is that I can't get the bread to cook all the way through. It might be my oven, but the top middle part of the bread i cook is always gooey.

Turned out really well. Was not overly moist, added diced strawberries because I didn’t have enough bananas, I can’t eat bread but my family is almost through the whole thing and it’s been out of the oven for an hour

I added cake spice, coco powder, chocolate chips, brown sugar, and four almost overripe bananas. It made one medium sized square pan about 2.5 inches thick. Fed about 10 people for dessert. I also used coconut oil and half the sugar. It was still very sweet. Might do a quarter of the sugar next time.

This is a simple, but great tasting recipe that creates a nice base for banana bread. You can add on anything from here, we tried it with chocolate chips as well.

I had to adjust the recipe slightly as I only had 3 bananas and only had 1/3 cup butter left. Because of that I lowered the amount of flour and it still turned out wonderful! My husband has already eaten half and I’ll probably have a piece with breakfast tomorrow.
