This recipe was super easy, and turned out moist, light and flavorful. wouldnt change a thing. I made a double batch of batter, it produced 2 loafs of bread and 10 muffins. They were done baking about 20 minutes ago, and I'm already down to 1 loaf of bread and 6 cupcakes, so safe to say the family approves, lol.

It was delicious! All it needs is a lot of cinnamon, walnuts (which is a necessity), and a bit of nutmeg or allspice ;-) It holds together too it doesn’t crumble! Very moist!
