  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

    1. Cream together butter and sugar
    2. Add eggs and bananas and mix well

    Good oven was too hot for 60 mins at 375 so now I’m doin 350

    Super easy for beginners and makes us look like a pro! Delicious and so moist! As others had mentioned, I substituted the butter 1:1 and also used brown sugar since it didn’t specify which type and I only had brown around the house. I only had 3 bananas so I added 1 more egg to ensure moisture. And since I baked it in my toaster oven, kept the temp at 350 and the outcome was a darker crust bust still moist inside. Wonderful!

    First banana bread I made. It turn out to be very delicious. I used coconut oil instead of butter though. I’ll definitely make this again.

    The banana bread turned out so delicious and moist, it was so easy to make. I used coconut oil instead of butter and I also added walnuts. I’ll definitely be making this again as it was a hit in our house.
