A snack that's healthy, delicious, and easy might seem out of reach, but these zucchini chips fit the bill perfectly! Dipped in egg whites, coated in breadcrumbs, and baked rather than deep fried for that crispy crunch. All you need for this treat is 10 to 15 minutes in the oven—perfect for anything from a workplace snack to movie night.

  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan (plus more for serving if you like)

very nice, did some mushrooms as well, I used panko so even tho the breading was very good, i think thr spices did not stick quite well, but, I'll make sure to season more and then put some panko there

Great! I would add a little garlic next time. Also used Panko crumbs instead of bread crumbs.

love them. added galic salt. would make again (and again and again)
It was fine, tasted under seasoned and I ended up adding like, 10 minutes of cook time

Whoa. Okay baked zucchini! You're delicious! I am not a fan of zucchini. Raw, boiled, has such a bland flavor. But this recipe? Writing this review is taking forever because I can't stop eating them lol

It came out so delicious added the additional 5minutes. However make sure to keep the slices at the least 1/4 of an inch as instructed to maintain a crunch

Turned out good. Had to sub corn flake crumbs for the bread crumbs, and added Cajun seasoning. Baked about 20 minutes until very crispy.

It was pretty good but I had to cook it for about twenty minutes for it to come out right and somehow it was still soggy after all the cooking.
