    We really enjoyed this. I followed the recipe exactly and as I'm not a fan of spicyness, i'd probably use less chilli flakes next time.

    made a slight variant with no stuffing but just a layer of pesto and mustard in between the chicken breast. topped with spices including cajun and placed some red onion to roast alongside the chicken. a thin slice of lime on top of each breast to increase the juices..

    It was nice, however it had a lot of flavour, almost too much. Still nice though.
