It’s a nice simple and quick dinner recipe the family will enjoy. I served it with a side of Parmesan and butter sautéed summer and zucchini squash noodles.

I prepared this dish as directed but omitted the melted butter and baked it in my airfryer instead. I lightly sprayed it with olive oil and baked it at 400F for 4 minutes; flipped it and baked it another 2 minutes. My filets were less than 1/2" thick. The results were very tasty even with my modifications.

Excellent! So easy and the kids loved it. Served it with coleslaw (as the other comment mentioned) and quinoa. Great, quick, easy dinner!

This is by far one of the easiest fish dishes...even a husband can do it! My wife loves haddock and to have this 15 minute recipe on hand is a godsend. I've done it with and without the thyme (and at times without the cheese...sad face) but it's still a great meal. We pair it with fresh coleslaw and that's about it. Cheers!
