  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 strips bacon

    1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
    2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
    3. Cut the broccoli into 1” florets and place in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper, to taste.

    Worked well. Definitely didn’t find it to be way better than oven roasted broccoli I’ve done in the past but it’s a good variation on something we eat lots in our house. I’m sure I’ll have it back in the rotation again at some point!

    turned out great! delicious! we ate it all. Had Costco precooked bacon and i think it worked out fine without frying the bacon beforehand.
