  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 50 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 2 slices bacon (3 mm thick)
  • 4 eggs

    Directions

    1. Soak the cod in cold water for 6 hours, changing the water at least 3 or 4 times.
    2. Chop the onion and sauté in olive oil with the bay leaf and chopped garlic, on a low heat. Stir occasionally so the onion does not stick or burn. Cook until the onion is soft, which takes about 12-15 minutes.
    3. Add the shredded cod. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes.
