    It was ok. It was super easy to throw together, but I think I wasn’t a fan of how the leaves were kind of dry because it was just lemon juice. Maybe I didn’t mix it up well enough? I also used more lemon juice than advertised, so the bottom part was way too lemon-y. The avocado was delicious, though. I also think that there was too much bacon, but the egg was an excellent addition. I also didn’t have any baby greens, so I used kale. I think I will try this recipe one more time before I completely write it off. With more that a teaspoon of lemon juice, but less than what I used, with only one strip of bacon, and probably a little less greens and with actual baby greens. I think I will put a little of the lemon juice and the bagel seasoning directly onto the greens and mix it up before I add the rest of the stuff.

    This was so flavorful and delicious! I loved the seasoning that really elevated the flavors. What an interesting take on a salad. I ate it for lunch and it hit the spot! I will definitely be making this again.

    I used different leafy greens and did not have the seasoning mentioned in the recipe. I also had a slice of toast with the bowl. It was super simple and just perfect!
