    Very authentic. I used cherry tomatoes but it was delightful. Definitely making this one again

    Excellent I however used 2 Roma tomatoes a vidalia onion and pink Himalayan salt with the juice of 2 limes and cilantro for a slightly smaller portion and it is exactly like one I would get at the Mexican restaurant that closed down. I'm so excited!
