This is a great recipe. I usually play with the cheese a bit, using different ones to see which tastes best. I recommend.

This was great! I cooked it twice as long because I had a “ton” of potatoes and wanted to be sure they cooked through. I cooked it covered for the first 30 minutes. I also use asiago cheese along with the cheddar. My daughter actually said three times, out loud, that these potatoes were really great. Mission accomplished.

OMG! Amazing! I added some garlic and some dry mustard . My family couldn't get enough and asked me to make this again and again and again! It has replaced their number one request of Mac and cheese and that is saying something!
