    Simple but delicious. I added fresh young peas and think you need to double the recipe if you serve it as a main course.

    Strong lemon flavor but still very tasty. I used the vegan parmesan recipe from minimalist baker and red lentil pasta for extra protein. Asparagus was crisp and flavorful.
