    Amazing, but the portion is too small for 2, had to amost double the ingredients to fill 2 people up for a lunch, also added 1 eggplant and fresh spinach leaves

    Turn out ok. The portions would be very small for 4 people, but was perfect for 2. Overall nice light Sunday.
