  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup artichoke hearts (chopped, or just for garnish)
