  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 bunch parsley (chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (peeled and minced)
  • 120 milliliters extra-virgin olive oil
  • 5 cherry tomatoes (dried)
  • 1 roll (ready-made puff pastry)

    Directions

    1. Cook the artichokes in boiling water with a drop of lemon juice until soft and tender.
    2. Add to a blender along with the cheese, parsley, garlic, oil, and tomatoes. Grind into a paste.
    3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    4. Unroll the pastry, spread with the paste, and cut into diamond shapes.
    5. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking tray and bake for 13 minutes.
