    turned out amazing even without the chimichurri! I added 1 rounded cup of manchego cheese inside. I baked them at 375 for 20 minutes and sprayed them with a bit of oil after I wiped them with egg wash. highly recommend!

    Turned out great! I used pie crust because I couldn’t find empanada wrappers, and they were a little flaky but everyone enjoyed them!
