    Lovely and moist! Gorgeous and sweet!

    Amazing! Substituted some of the flour for ground almond/semolina and it was delicious. Also added some almond extract to make it an Apple & Almond cake. So good! I would double this mixture though, as I did and it still could have been a bit taller.
