    it was very good and super simple!

    Couldn't pull up the recipe, so I improvised with the ingredients shown above. I am not a fan of dijon mustard, but I liked cooking with it on the tilapia. Very easy and quick meal in a time crunch. Served it with steamable bagged broccoli florets and brown rice (for non-low carb eaters).
