  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 100 grams sugar
  • 100 milliliters milk
  • 20 milliliters mint syrup
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 grams softened butter
  • 100 grams chocolate chips

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 175C.
    2. Combine the flour, the baking powder, a pinch of salt, and the sugar in one bowl and the milk, the mint syrup. the oil, and the eggs in another.
    3. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, then add the softened butter and the chocolate chips.
    4. Fill the muffin liners and bake the muffins for 20 to 25 minutes.
