    This marinade was amazing. I marinated thick chops for 4 hours but it made the pork very flaviurful, juicy and tender. I'm already looking forward to having it again and marinating it longer. I cooked the chops on the bbq. The only change I made to the recipe was to use an alternate sweetner, I think I made it a tad sweeter than called for. Definetly a recipe worth trying!
