    Everyone really liked this one!

It turned out great! I actually made an egg sandwich by cutting the bread in half then popping the halves in the toaster, meanwhile microwaving one single egg in the bowl for 40 seconds. Once they were both done, I put the egg in between my two toasted slices with a bit of butter and .... viola! Delicious substitute for real English muffin type bread. Next time i’m throwing in some shredded cheese 🤙🏽

Surprisingly good! I’m experimenting with keto nd trying to find the recipes I like I picked up a small bag of almond flour at the store and this is the first thing I’ve made with it

A little salty but that’s probably my fault I’m going to try it without salt next time

Definitely has more of an egg taste, but I don't mind it.

It was quick, easy and satisfying considering I am not having much of any carbs these days.
This is disgusting! I would compare it to getting sand on an English Muffin.

After I made this I grilled my sandwich in a small skillet. I was weary of this recipe because I don’t love the taste of almond flour. This taste like an egg with a bread consistency. I would eat it again.

Good.... put butter on after throwing it in the toaster!

Not bad, especially when you finish it off in a pan with bitter. Made this 2x already and will make it again. Next time, I’m using sugar free jelly on it and having it with eggs and bacon for breakfast.

It turned out well! Easy and fast to make. i didn't add salt after reading some of the reviews, and it came out great. It has an egg flavour, but also buttery.

I make this bread almost daily. Getting into the keto mindset is letting go of the old normal way of eating and accepting a new normal. For sure this bread does not taste like the normal glutinous bread you buy at market but it sure does help to create a new normal version of bread that is tasty and is more healthy for sure. Using blanched almond flour makes a world of difference in the texture of the bread. I only use a pinch of sat as well. I always toast this bread and use butter on it liberally!!

I should have done less salt but it came out really well, despite being the first attempt. Definitely something to keep in my recipes.

Toooo salty and I can only taste baking soda. Not going to try it again even with low salt.

This is sooo good! I make it all the time. It has great texture. I do just a dash of salt as the baking powder already makes it a bit salty. But you can add all kinds of stuff to flavor it. Cheese, onion or garlic powder, spices... I will add agave nectar to make it sweet and it’s amazing! Like your own little sponge cake.

Exactly what I needed! toasted it and put some tuna salad on it. Great for a bread craving and very filling.
